The National Government is contracting four emergency contractors to quickly execute emergency-repair work to deteriorating sections of the Honiara roads.
Triple S Construction Ltd, EMCO Pacific Ltd, Red Devil Transport Ltd and Fair Trade Company Ltd have been engaged.
The New Permanent Secretary for Ministry of Infrastructure Development, Steven Maesiola has made confirmation.
“Triple S has been contracted to fix the roads from Kaibia heights, Mbokonavera 1, Boderline, Mt Austin and Mbua Valley,” he said.
“The other contractors are EMCO Pacific Ltd, Red Devil Transport Ltd and Fair Trade Company Ltd have been engaged to fix the roads from Henderson to SINU Kukum campus, Honiara city council to white river, Vura to Borderline, Panatina road, and also Hibiscus avenue.”
