The Bahomea community in Central Guadalcanal is claiming that the Government and the Tina River Project office are employing corrupt tactics to compulsory acquire land for the project.
Wilfred Mane Isu made the claim after he sighted and obtained a copy of a process agreement between the Government and core land tribes, that was to be signed yesterday.
Mr Isu says the Process agreement includes the area for a concrete dam, reservoir, a water tunnel , access road, surge shaft, substation, power station and mini-hydro at the dump-site.
