
The Central Bank has announced it is commencing a 10-week survey to gain a better understanding of people’s needs with regard to financial services and products.
Called the Financial Inclusion National Demand-Side Survey, the Bank says it will establish baseline data on access, usage and quality of financial services and products which are currently available to Solomon Islanders from the viewpoint of the customer.
The Central Bank says results of the survey will be used to develop policy solutions to address the gaps and monitor the growth of financial inclusion.
