The Premier for Central Islands Province Selwyn Mapuli says the decision to close down the province’s Director of Nursing and Principal Education offices were based on stakeholders complaints.
Premier Mapuli was responding to complaints from the non-executive assembly members of the province on the reasons for the closure.
Premier Mapuli said, the action was judged on the grounds of poor office administration and lengthy absence from work after consultation with the Ministry of Public Service Work Force Management.
