Choiseul Province has been identified as holding the number one position on accountability, transparency, proper project management, and proper financial reporting of the Provincial Capacity Development Fund (PCDF).
The Prime Minister made the statement in his speech to mark the second appointed day of the province Wednesday last week.
Manasseh Sogavare said the Choiseul Provincial Government had demonstrated a greater commitment and political will to implement the Provincial Government Strengthening Programme.
