The Canadian International Training and Education Corp (CITREC) Executive Council and Board have agreed to extend its Labour Mobility Program with the Canadian Tourism Sector Council to two additional Provinces in Solomon Islands- in addition to Guadalcanal.
The two provinces yet to be announced will then be able to partner in the Labour Mobility Program with Canada by sending trained workers to be employed in Canada.
Under the current arrangement, only Guadalcanal Province is eligible to be part of the labour mobility arrangement with Canada.
