A Guadalcanal community leader has appealed on relevant stakeholders to work together to address non-communicable diseases increasing rapidly in the country.
Betty Gigisi told SIBC News, her conviction is the result of an eye opener festival in Vanuatu.
“I think I would like to call upon the partners looking at this global issue to come together and in Solomon Islands, I would like to appeal to the responsible authorities looking after these areas to come together and to speak one idea and move things forward.”
