The election petition against East Are’are MP Andrew Manepora has been withdrawn.
High Court Registrar Maiyonni Samani says petitioner William Kauona has withdrawn the case from further proceedings.
Mrs Samani says it was the only petition withdrawn from the 15 that were lodged after the National General Elections last year.
She says the remaining petitions are still listed for mention.
They include former Prime Minister Gordon Darcy Lilo against his successor Jimson Fiau Tanangada, former MP for Temotu Vatud Clay Forau against Freda Soriacomua and Francis Zama against the MP for Rendova-Tetepare constituency, Danny Philip.
