Members of the newly established FSII Men Against Rape are proposing a nationwide campaign against rape and have held successful discussions with the Royal Solomon Islands Police Force as one of its activities towards this campaign.
A statement from Forum Solomon Islands International yesterday says the move is part of their information gathering to put together a national concept to end rape in Solomon Islands.
During their discussions, FSII Chief Executive Officer Benjamin Afuga declared the discussion is crucial to equip members of FSII Men Against Rape with relevant advocacy knowledge before carrying out the campaign.
