The Ministry of Lands, Housing and Survey has offered 225 plots of Fixed Term Estates (FTE) at April Ridge.
April Ridge located behind Naha, East Honiara, was allocated by the Gordon Darcy Lilo-led Government for people displaced by the April floods in 2014.
The Ministry confirmed it has offered 225 letters of FTEs after a public tender process last year.
Meanwhile, the Lands Office also confirmed offering 23 letters of offer at Mount Austin.
They also allocated all remaining unallocated lots at Kaibia and Mamulele to the residents of those areas.
Chair of the Lands Board, Donald Kudu said these are big achievements for the board.
