Member of Parliament for Shortland Islands Constituency, Hon. Isikeli Vave Jnr has joined the GREAT Coalition Government.
Prime Minister Hon. Matthew Wale, together with Member of Parliament for Marovo Constituency, Hon. Chachabule Amoi today welcomed Hon. Vave into the GREAT Coalition.
Prime Minister Wale acknowledged the Shortlands MP for his confidence and trust in the GREAT Coalition and its leadership.
The Prime Minister said he looks forward to Hon. Vave making positive contributions to the Government Caucus and supporting the Coalition’s reform agenda.
Hon. Vave has reaffirmed his full support to the GREAT Coalition and its leadership.
He will be chairing the Cabinet sub-committee planning for the 50th Independence Anniversary.
With the inclusion of Hon. Vave, the Government’s numbers now stand at 32 Members of Parliament.
