The Leadership Code Commission (LCC) explains, it is too early and untimely to disclose whether the Commission has started its investigation into issues surrounding ghost shipping companies.
Chair of the Leadership Code Commission Solomon Kalu told SIBC News, the commission will disclose results of the investigations but not at its early stage.
“The Commission has the jurisdiction to conduct an investigation but I cannot tell anything more than that, whether it will or not, I won’t say more because that investigation was meant to be confidential and we can only make public the outcome of the investigation.”
