The Japanese Embassy in Honiara has today announced the opening of its Teacher Training Students scholarship program for this year.
Making the announcement in a brief meeting with members of the local media today, the Embassy’s Administration Attaché, Yoshiko Maruama says successful applicants will fly to Japan this October.
“We Embassy of Japan in Solomon Islands are going to start the selection of Japanese Government scholarship students for teachers’ training course. Successful candidates will fly to Japan this October. They will take the Japanese Language class for six months and then take Teachers Training Courses at Japanese universities until March 2016”.
