Two members of the Ilito’ona Kastom Gaden Association in North Malaita are calling on the Kastom GadenAssociation in Honiara to visit them and see how they are doing.
The two local farmers said it has been five years since the association last visited them.
One of them, Jenny Foseke asked whether the Kastom Gaden Association has left them for good.
“I’d like to say to the Kastom Gaden, have you left us already or why didn’t you visit us?”
Meanwhile, for Susan Abana, said they have already forgotten the association since they were never visited over the past five years.
“We have been waiting in vain and now we never thought of Kastom Gaden, but totally forgot it already.”
SIBC News understands the Ilito’ona Kastom Gaden Association in North Malaita has 78 members.
The Kastom Gaden Association could not be reached over the weekend for comments.
