The management of the Solomon Islands National Futsal Team has named the final players’ list ahead of the 2016 FIFA Futsal Cup in Colombia.
The team management alongside the Solomon Islands Football Federation finalized the 14 players team yesterday.
This year’s Solomon Islands’ Futsal World Cup team comprises long time Kurukuru players except for two new once.
The Kurukuru’s new players are Robert Laua and Alwin Hou.
The team departs for Australia next Tuesday.
The local boys are scheduled to play two international matches against the Futsalroos and another two international matches in Brazil.
It was planned to have at least one friendly match with Brazil’s World Cup Team but is yet to be confirmed.
The 2016 FIFA Futsal World Cup will kick off on 10th September.
