Transformation leadership style is very much needed in the Ministry of Health and Medical Services.
This is according to the Deputy Director of Nursing of the Ministry of Health and Medical Services Mr George Pego.
In an interview with SIBC News in Australia recently, Mr Pego said transformation leadership style is needed in the Health Ministry.
“We need a transformation leadership style which involves not only from the leadership cadre but also the entire ministry and even the customers, like over here it is the customers who can attest to developments and so we would like to somehow adopt that kind of model and be able to see what the people would say about the system.”
Mr Pego is currently undertaking his Masters in Health Management in Australia.
