A concerned West Makira man demands the National and Provincial Governments allocate better shipping service for the people of the province.
Anderson Hiru told SIBC News, having Makira people in Honiara to access better government services is not encouraging.
Mr Hiru says, leaders should consider ways to avail Honiara-like-services to the province.
“I’d like to appeal to my people of Makira especially leaders to try and think hard because I don’t want to see Makira people starting settlements around Honiara just to have access to better government services just like what we have in Honiara.”
Mr. Hiru adds Makira people are longing for tangible developments in their communities.
