A man from North Malaita charged with attempted rape and indecent assault has denied the charges and pled ‘not guilty’ before a Principal Magistrate in Court this morning.
He is being charged with one count of attempt rape and three counts of indecent assault.
It was alleged that on December 25, Christmas Day of last year, he tried to rape a woman, and he also indecently assaulted her.
