The Local Organising Committee (LOC) of the MSG Prime Minister’s Cup 2024 has announced that all matches scheduled for Day 4 today (Wednesday 18 December) of the tournament will begin with a minute of silence to honor the recent earthquake victims in Vanuatu.
This gesture reflects the tournament’s commitment to unity and solidarity among Melanesian nations, extending support and compassion to the people of Vanuatu during this tragic time.
“As a Melanesian family, we stand together in moments of joy and sorrow,” a statement from the MSG Prime Minister’s Cup LOC.
