The National Disaster Management Office (NDMO) has organised a two days training program in Honiara.
Entitled “Maximising Public Relations and Media Encounters”, the training aims to help participants establish relationships with the media in providing information to the public.
It brought together officials with disaster-related responsibilities from the Ministry of Health and Medical Services information unit, Red Cross, and the Anglican Church of Melanesia Board of Mission.
