A long journey or dream can be achieved through the support and encouragement of family and friends, says Sir Dr. Nathan Kere.
Sir Dr. Kere made the comments during the official opening of his family’s new two storey building in East Honiara late yesterday.
The owner of the East Medical Centre (EMC) Sir Dr. Kere thanked his family, friends, supporters and builders for their commitment towards the new building.
“On behalf of the family I would like to say a few words; the journey by the family has been long for us to have this building, but what’s most important is that though the journey is long, with friends you have support you have, encouragements you have, you can complete the journey and that’s what we’ve completed today, so I would like to thank you in joining my sone who thanked you for houring this gathering this evening.”
The opening ceremony began with a blessing and dedication of the new EMC building.
The building houses mini shops, a restaurant, and a pharmacy.
