The Ngaube Landowners Association in Temotu Province has denied reports that it disputes the Lumlum Airport.
Chair of the Association Mr. Alec Bonunga said Lumlum Airport has no disputes as stated in an article on a local newspaper yesterday.
“Actually Lumlum airport doesn’t have any land disputes as far as we know. There are issues among landowners or among other people who are related to the existing or registered landowners which we need to sort out amongst ourselves and not necessarily disputes that were reported in the local papers yesterday.”
