The Special Development School of the Solomon Islands Red Cross Society receives 10- Thousand from Our Telekom for its school project.
The donation was made in response to a request from the Working Committee to the company for the donation to support built a retention wall to stop a landslide behind their classroom at rifle range.
The School is accommodating 1-hundred intellectual challenged children throughout Honiara, from areas as far as Bonege to Henderson in the east.
Deputy Principal of the SI Red Cross Special Development School, Selestian Sababatu thanked Our Telekom for the quick response to their appeal and for the company’s continuous generous support towards the special community.
A statement from Our Telekom says, the company is pleased to support the School in its endeavor to build the retention wall for the safety of the children adding, it is also committed to community support.
