Prime Minister Manasseh Sogavare has launched the Solomon Islands Public Sector Satisfaction Survey 2015.
Launching the survey yesterday the Prime Minister said the survey findings is interesting and worrying at the same time.
He says while he is happy with the survey, there are some highlights that have some critical issues about the behaviour of public servants at work.
The Prime Minister adds the survey, however, has given a clear warning that our public offices need to step up their performance standards and improve on the quality and timeliness of services that they give to their people and the business community.
He also says the report, therefore, has given them a clear guide on areas which the government should pay close attention to in 2016.
The survey is conducted in Honiara to assess customer satisfaction levels regarding services which public offices offer to customers and members of the general public.
