Police are continuing their investigations into the case of suspended Permanent Secretary of Ministry Infrastructure Development, Henry Murray.
Mr Murray and his wife are accused of defrauding more than 1.1 million dollars from the Government.
He faces 19 counts of official corruption while his wife is charged with 19 counts of false pretence.
They appeared before the Magistrate Court this morning where the Court was informed, Police are still conducting inquiries.
The case was adjourned to September 15th.
Mr Murray and his wife allegedly set up a company in 2014, not long after Murray was appointed permanent secretary, which received more than 1.1 million of public funds approved by Murray.
The company Krash Transport & Marketing, allegedly hired out motor vehicles for the staff of the Ministry of Infrastructure Development, including Mr Murray himself.
