Prime Minister Sogavare says, as Isabel Province and its people celebrate the Second Appointed Day, he sends them his heartfelt congratulations on behalf of the Democratic Coalition for Change (DCC) Government.
Prime Minister Sogavare says he is pleased to note that despite the many difficulties we have experienced as a nation, the people of Isabel Province have continued to demonstrate their determination to move forward.
