The Royal Solomon Islands Police Force (RSIPF) is working with the Ministry of Home Affairs in preparation to celebrate the country’s 37th Independence day next week.
Police Commissioner Frank Prendergast confirmed in his weekly media conference Thursday this week.
He told local Journalists that police will scale up its operations to ensure safety and security during the celebrations.
