Solomon Islands Red Cross Society urges active involvement from Solomon Islanders in its voluntary blood donation program.
The was the message stressed by president of the Solomon Islands Red Cross Society, Charles Kelly during the World Blood Donor Day yesterday.
Mr Kelly appeals, this is important to save lives.
“It is my appeal as President of the Solomon Islands Red Cross that your blood can save someone’s life. Please come forward and save someone’s life.”
Theme for this year’s World Blood Donor Day is “Thank you for saving my life”.
