A primary school in remote South Guadalcanal has received assistance of over $600,000.00 to build a two-storey classroom building for the school.
Viso Primary School received funding assistance of $630,982.00 from the Japanese Grassroots and Human Security Project yesterday.
Speaking yesterday at a signing ceremony for the funding, Japanese Charge’ d’ Affaires Tomohiro Odai says the double story classroom building will create space for five classrooms and office for primary school students from grade one to six.
