School dropouts in North Malaita will now have the opportunity to further their education after a business management program was offered as of last week.
Thanks to the Tafila Marketing Institution for creating the opportunity as it will provide an alternative for school dropouts in the region.
Business-related courses will be offered to involve youths in improving economic development in the rural areas.
SIBC stringer for North Malaita, John Andrew Kiri reports.
“The courses on offer will be Book Keeping and Accounting stages one and two, Financial Management, Costs Accounting, Quality Customer Service and Best Practices, Basic Concepts of Economics and Marketing and Management.”
Mr. Kiri adds classes will start tomorrow.
