The National Government has sent the country’s congratulatory message to Papua New Guinea on its 40th Independence Anniversary.
A government statement reports, Prime Minister Sogavare says on behalf of the Government and people of Solomon Islands he wish to extend his government’s profound good wishes to the government and people of Papua New Guinea on this day.
The Prime Minister says he wish to pay tribute to the long and cordial relationship between Solomon Islands and Papua New Guinea.
