The Sunday Isles Newspaper will issue its first Solomons Women Newspaper as of next Wednesday.
The mid-week paper will cover issues of women in the country.
Sunday Isles Chief of Staff, Carol Ann Galo says the idea is come up with a newspaper concentrating on women’s issues.
“The idea has taken the paper about five years I think to realise the importance of issues surrounding women, so after five years we realised that oh it’s about time we start our paper that’s more focussed on the issues of our women in the country and that’s how we formed up our paper.”
Sunday Isles Newspaper started in late 2009.
