Sunrise Netball club has been crowned the Champions of Our Telekom Queen’s Birthday Netball Club Challenge.
Sunrise walked away with $5,000 after defeating Southerns in the grand final stage yesterday.
Police came third after defeating Green Berets.

Meanwhile, a total of nine teams participated in the challenge.
The championship aims to reflect on what netball as a sport can do to empower women and encourage girls to promote a healthy lifestyle and ensuring a violence free society.
The theme for the 2016 Netball Challenge is “Celebrating Queen’s Birthday – Promoting Healthy Lifestyles.”
