The 39 Political Appointee saga comes under heavy criticism from the public, with Georgiana Sogote’e adding her voice to the chorus.
Mrs. Sogote’e told SIBC News having 39 Political Appointees is too much especially when a huge number of Public Servants are already serving in the Public sector.
She said even young graduates are still searching for job opportunities.
“Having 39 political appointees is a concern because we have a huge amount of Public Servants already working in the Public Sector and yet the young, who graduated from universities are still left underemployed, so why did the government prefer the old goats than the young graduates?”
She said the future will be gloomy if these young graduates remain unemployed.
