A top level government delegation is visiting Singapore this week reportedly on a look and learn the mission of the country’s international Ports facilities and desalination plants.
A press statement from the Office of the Prime Minister and Cabinet says the delegation is in Singapore at the invitation of the Solomon Islands Ports Authority – the nation’s first State-owned Enterprise engaging a Singaporean firm to carry out its reforms.
Ten Singaporean consultants are carrying out the reforms and will do a presentation on the team’s commercial strategy for Solomon Islands.
