The Trade Dispute Panel has conducted two pre-hearings into the dispute between the 13 terminated employees of the Solomon Islands Ports Authority and the company.
Justice John Keniapisia in Court yesterday said the Panel has already conducted two hearings, the latest one being in February this year.
He said the panel has also commenced investigations into the dispute.
SIPA CEO Collin Yow in April last year terminated the 13 employees claiming they breached the company’s Act.
The workers, represented by the Workers Union of Solomon Islands (WUSI), took the matter to the Trade Dispute Panel.
The High Court has ordered the company to reinstate and compensate them.
