Government agencies and advocacy groups working to end gender-based violence in Solomon Islands will now have the means to design effective and stronger projects to end violence against women – thanks to a regional toolkit that will be officially launched in Honiara tomorrow.
Titled “How to design projects to end violence against women and girls”, the toolkit is the first of its kind in the Pacific.
It was developed by UN Women through its Pacific Regional Ending Violence against Women Facility Fund, with funding from the Australian Government.
