A warrant of arrest has been issued against the Permanent Secretary for the Ministry of Rural Development, Selina Boso. Ms Boso failed to turn up in Court Monday this week for an interim mention on her case.
The warrant will be reviewed on July 13th.
Ms Boso is facing a charge of willfully failing to furnish information and produce documents under the Ombudsman’s further provision Act.
