A youth leader has called for a police post to serve the areas of West Guadalcanal.
Batista John, the youth leader in Savulei community, West Guadalcanal made the call after the recent death of a man at Lambi Monday this week.
Mr John said there have been constant anti-social incidents within their area and a establishing a police post will help to stop such activities.
He says the Police post should be established between Visale and Lambi in West Guadalcanal.
“I would like the police post to be situated between Visale and Lambi because it will be close vicinity to these communities so as to address any criminal activities or anti-social activities in the region. This will also be close to Tangarare.”
