Landowners of Tehakamagoku in West Rennell urged the managing director of the Samlinsan Company Limited, Junior Pow to refrain from using the media to mislead them.
The High Court will continue its hearing into an application Samlinsan Company Limited filed for the Court to vary the injunction orders in relation to Tehakamagoku land in Rennell, Rennell-Bellona Province in early June.
The Director of Samlinsan Company Limited has denied his company defied a High Court injunction order and conducted logging activities on Tehakamagoku in Rennell island. Junior Pao Eaukiewhu was testifying to the High Court during a hearing this morning.
