Police Commissioner Frank Prendergast says leadership in policing is the most important element within the Royal Solomon Islands Police Force.
Commissioner Prendergast made the statement during his recent media conference.
Mr Prendergast said leadership in policing ensures there are good leaders within the RSIPF.
“Leadership in policing is the most important element and it’s very important that the RSIPF has good leaders and we’ve been working very hard over the last while to ensure that we get all our promotion processes conducted properly and finalised.”
The Police Commissioner also said good leadership determines a good future for the RSIPF.
