Caretaker Finance Minister, Rick Hou says publishing the 2014 Mid Year Budget Review was not a political campaign to restore the NCRA Government’s image.
In a media statement today, Minister Hou explains the publication was to satisfy a requirement under the new Public Financial Management Act 2013.
He adds, the document provides facts and information to parliamentarians, citizens and donor partners on economic developments, revenue and expenditure up to the middle of the year.
