Foreign national dies during investigation
A man believed to be a foreign national was reportedly dead while being transported to the national referral hospital after collapsing inside the Rove detention centre last week. The man was taken to Rove correctional centre for investigation over immigration matters.

INJURIES SUSTAINED BY RECAPTURED ESCAPEES INVESTIGATED
Police are investigating circumstances surrounding very serious injuries sustained by the two prison escapees who were recaptured in Auki Tuesday this week. Police Commissioner Frank Prendergast confirms the investigations today. He says both men were seriously injured prior to their recapture.
