A man charged with stealing around 1.5 million dollars has appeared at the Magistrate’s Court yesterday. The man is charged with one count of money laundering and 2 counts of false pretences.
The Magistrates Court has yet to fix a trial date for South Guadalcanal MP David Dei Pacha because of a shortage of Presiding Magistrates. The MP will stand trial for the second time on charges of conversion and abuse of office.
