MURDER CASE ADJOURNED TO TOMORROW
Justice Francis Mwanesalua has adjourned a defence case in relation to the case of a man accused of the murder of another man at Lungga river, East Honiara in 2010 to tomorrow. In the High Court Thursday last week the accused presented his sworn statement of the incident.

FOUR MEN GOT ARRESTED AT MASUPA, EAST ARE’ARE, MALAITA
Four men at Masupa Village in East Are Are, Malaita Province have been arrested on charges of malicious damage to properties belonging to a logging camp in the area. The incident occurred on August 29, last month.

33-YEAR OLD MAN TO BE SENTENCED FOR RAPE NEXT MONTH
The High Court will sentence a 33 year old father from Marau, East Guadalcanal next month for raping his 12-year old daughter five times last year. The father pleaded guilty to the five counts of rape. He was supposed to receive his sentence today, but it was not ready.
